| 摘 要： | 首先建立了电信企业投资效果评估的DEA模型指标体系,然后分别从DEA有效性、技术有效性和规模有效性3个方面对某省13个地市的电信企业投资效果评估进行了实证分析,并根据分析结果提出了相应的对策。
