发达国家产学研合作教育的发展模式及启示

摘    要:美国、德国、英国、日本和加拿大等世界经济发达国家开展产学研合作教育有着悠久的历史,并形成了各自独特的模式。当前我国产学研合作教育的发展应借鉴发达国家的有益经验,重视立法、完善机制,为产学研合作教育提供法律和制度保障;充分发挥政府宏观调控职能,建立健全产学研结合服务体系,打造良好的校企合作平台;转变教育指导思想,深化教育教学改革,并采取有效措施,加强产学研合作教育的"软、硬件"建设及开展产学研合作教育的应用性和有效性评估。

Abstract:Some developed countries such as USA,Germany,England,Japan and Canada have developed the producing-learning-researching cooperative education for a long time,and have formed each distinctive model.The development of producing-learning-researching cooperative education should use the experience of developed countries as reference,lay importance to legislation,and perfect mechanism to provide law and system guarantee for the education.The regulation function of government should be played sufficiently,and the service system should be established to set up the flat roof for the cooperation of universities with enterprises.The golden rule about education should change to deepen the education and teaching reform.Effective measures should be taken to strengthen the corelative construction of software and hardware,and application and validity evaluation should be developed.
