| 摘 要： | 培育优良学风是新时期高等学校推进素质教育的客观要求,也是提高教育教学质量的重要前提。高等学校要切实抓好学风建设,就必须理顺学风建设的领导体制和工作机制;深入了解、分析和引导学生的真正需要,加强学生思想政治教育和成才教育;建立学风运行机制的评价、激励及监控体系,切实发挥导向功能;下大力气加强校园文化建设,营造良好的育人环境;充分发挥学生的主体作用,切实调动各方面的积极性和主动性,把各项工作落到实处。

| Abstract: | It is an objective requirement for carrying forward the quality-oriented education as well as a prerequisite for improving teaching quality in higher education to evolve an academic atmosphere on campus.The leadership and work mechanisms for the academic atmosphere evolvement should be carried out in colleges and universities in order to form a good academic atmosphere step by step;Students' requirements must be investigated,analysed and guided and the education strengthened in students' ideology,politics and personality;an evaluating,incentive and supervising mechanism should be established for a good academic atmosphere;the campus culture building should be strengthened so as to form a favorable academic environment;and every effort should be made to bring the students'roles as main part into full play and encourage the enthusiasms and initiatives in all walks of life. |
