中国农业技术推广参与机制及其影响因素分析

在对农业技术推广体系的参与主体进行分析的基础上,通过对全国8省24县基层农技推广体系参与机制概况调查,采用1～5分量表数据评价基层农技推广参与度并分析其影响因素。结果显示,产中合作度指标得分最高,核心农户作用显著;专业合作度指标得分较低,农技推广面向产业和市场的能力有待提升;产前合作度得分最低,农技员的知识更新和技术供给渠道不畅;编制、三权管理等管理体制和农技员的从业年限、学历、职称等个人特征对农技推广参与度有显著影响。

An Analysis of the Influencing Factors on Participation Mechanism of Agro-technical Extension

Based on the analysis of participation body of agro-technical extension,this article investigates the participation mechanism of agro-technical extension by taking the data of 24 counties in 8 provinces as examples,and evaluates the participation degree of main bodies involved in agro-technical extension and theirs influencing factors.The results show that: the participation degree of in-production is high and core farmer has effect in agricultural extension;the participation degree of professional body is low and agricultural extension should be oriented to industry and market;the participation degree of pre-production is the lowest and the channel of knowledge & technology supply is not smooth;the agricultural extension management system and personal characteristics of extension workers have significant influence on extension participation degree.Finally,this article put forward some policy recommendations.
