| Abstract: | Government culture is the soul of government management,which determines the direction and goal of government management operation.Government cultural construction has achieved remarkable results in resent years.But there are still have a long way to go in building government culture.To promote the modernization of government culture and build the system of government cultural of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must further consolidate the foundation of governmental culture construction,such as economic base,organization base,ideological basis,theoretical basis,psychological foundation and so on. |
