| 摘 要： | 心理学家马斯洛认为人的需要共分为五个层次,并由低级需要向高级需要递进.辩证的运用这一理论,重视并合理满足高校师生的需要,以此达到激励作用,提高思想政治工作的实效性,是我们应该"拿来"并加以研究的课题.
