摘    要:旅行社业是我国旅游业中开放最晚、受加入WTO影响最大的一个领域。面对加入WTO后的挑战,旅行社应该首先从经营战略入手来增强自身的竞争实力。CI、CS和ES战略看似矛盾,实则互补。旅行社自身的行业特点表明“CI-CS-ES”一体化经营战略是其最佳选择。

Abstract:In tourism, travel agency is the last opened field, and China's entry into the WTO had a deep impacted on the travel agency. Confronting the strong challenge after the entry into WTO, travel agency must improve its ability of competition at management strategy. CI, CS and ES strategies seem conflict with each other, in fact they are mutual complement. The trade characteristic of travel agency shows that"CI-CS-ES" integration strategy is its best choice.
