| 摘 要： | 以理论和实证的方法从产业结构升级角度剖析了不同产业、不同要素密集型行业、垄断和非垄断行业劳动报酬比重的影响因素,旨在解决初次收入分配的公平与效率问题。研究表明：行业比较劳动生产率、劳均固定资产投资、平均受教育年限、35-49岁就业人员比重对行业劳动报酬比重影响显著。由此制定了＂分阶段,分梯度,市场为主、政府为辅＂的提高劳动报酬比重的政策建议。
