| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中明确指出：＂加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导……＂,这有利于构建社会主义和谐社会,彰显了执政党的人本关怀,是我们党思想政治工作与时俱进的创新之举。针对传统思想政治工作中人文关怀和心理疏导的缺失,我们要建立起有效的思想政治教育新机制。
