| 摘 要： | 针对西安市当前正开展的生态化建设工作,从西安地区历史时期生态环境变迁、当前生态环境现状中存在的主要问题及今后建成具有历史文化特色的国际化、现代化大城市之需要等方面,进一步阐述了其必要性与重要性,并进而分析了西安地区开展生态建设的条件,提出了相关的建设方略。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the ecological change, chief problems in current ecological environment as well as requirement of building international and modern cities with historical culture characteristics, this paper expounds the necessity and importance of ecological construction in Xi'an area and proposes further relevant strategies in accordance with the distinctive ecological condition of Xi'an area. |
