| Abstract: | The struggle against corrupt dealings is an arduous long term work, and we must, from a macroscopic view, define the general approach to doing the work. The general approach is to treat the corruption by looking into both its root causes and symptoms with the focus on the root, to struggle against the corruption by both law and ethics with the emphasis on the law, and to control the corruption by both education and supervision with the more attention to the former. |
