| 摘 要： | 建国以来，我国高校院（系）领导体制经历了一个长期探索和反复实践的过程。实行党政共同负责正是高校院（系）领导体制长期探索与反复实践的经验总结和必然选择。这 是加强高校党的建设的一项重要举措，也是新形势下高校及院（系）改革与发展的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Since the founding of China,the system of leadership in schools(departments)of her institutions of higher learning has undergone an insistent exploration and repeated practice.The practice of joint leadership of the Party and government is an inevitable choice.It is both an important measure taken to strengthen the Party building and a compulsory requirement of reforms and development of schools(departments)in the new situation. |
