西方校本管理及其对我国教育管理研究的启示

摘    要:校本管理是当代西方学校改革运动中出现的一种新的教育管理思潮,也是近年来我国教育管理理论界研究的热点问题,其主要研究内容可概述为校本管理的概念、校本管理的理论基础、校本管理的模式和校本管理的原则等四个方面.西方校本管理理论对我国教育管理研究之主要启示在于:强化校本管理的本土化研究;深化校本管理的效率主义取向分析;明确校本管理与公共管理之间的关系.

Abstract:The school-based management is a new trend to reform the educational management in the West, also a hot issue in China's research on educational management recently. It can be summarized mainly into four aspects: basic concept, academic foundation, management model and principles of the school-based management. What the west-style educational management enlighten us are mainly as follows, i.e., to make the west idea domestic, deepen its efficiency-oriented policy and clarify the relationship between school-based management and public administration.
