| 摘 要： | 团组织在企业改制的过程中,必然面对团组织设置受冲击,团干兼职趋势扩大,团干素质要求受到挑战,团组织活动缺少吸引力的困境。但也能捕捉住企业改制为青年发展提供舞台,为兼职团干提供锤炼复合能力机会,组织设置与考评机制调整压力可转为强大动力的机遇。通过加强团员教育管理、加强团干队伍建设和完善团组织的制度建设,企业团组织能实现对困境的成功超越,获得发展的新空间。

| Abstract: | During the reform of enterprises,the League organization faces difficulties as well as challenges.However,the reform presents new opportunities for the League's work development.The League organization should seize the opportunities,rise to the challenges,and take active measures such as strengthening the management and education of League members and improving the development of League cadres and the League organization system,so as to overcome difficulties and gain a new scope for development. |
