What are the concrete contents of strategy of innovation in business management are innovation of mentality, of qualified personnel, of organization, of management, of technology, of market, etc. This paper, from various angles, makes a detailed discussion on the above aspects, pointing out that when faced with the fiercely competing market businesses should have innovation as core of their strategy of management. |
