经济全球化的极化效应与世界格局的和平转移

经济全球化对世界格局的发展具有既导向多极化 ,又导向单极化的双重效应 ,但主导作用是推动世界格局的多极化。从 2 0世纪 90年代到 2 1世纪前期 ,是世界格局从两极走向多极的过渡时期。在漫长的过渡时期中 ,摆在人们面前的严峻任务是保证世界格局的和平转移。格局和平转移的热和平方式应综合考虑国力、制度和认同三大因素在格局转移中的作用。西方大国的国力竞争主要表现为权力竞争。过于专注权力竞争 ,冲突与战争爆发的可能性就增大。如果把注意力引向制度竞争与认同竞争 ,就会大大削弱大国对国力竞争的过度关注 ,即使不会消除也会大大减少对立大国间的威胁意识

Polarizing Effect of Economic Globalization and the Peaceful Transferof World Structiure

Economic globalization has the double effect on world structure of leading both to multipolar and to singlepolar,but on the main to multipolar.From the 1990s to the first decades of the 21st century the world structure moves from doublepolar to multipolar.In the long period of transition a crucial problem is to ensure the peaceful transfer of world pattern,and three factors should be given particular concern:national power,system and approval.The competition between western nations is centred on power competition,which may lead to conflict and war.If the competition is turned to the competition of system and approval,the likelihood of conflict and war will be mitigated.
