国防生组织文化对国防生职业满意度的影响

摘    要:为了解国防生组织文化对国防生职业满意度的影响,本研究对广州军区签约的三所高校共467名国防生进行问卷调查。运用相关分析和回归分析探讨共识文化、发展文化、理性文化和层级文化四种组织文化对国防生职业满意度的影响,可以从建设国防生组织文化的角度探索提高国防生职业满意度的策略。

Abstract:In order to understand the national defense students’ organizational culture and its effects on their job satisfaction,this study was based on two questionnaires involving 467 national defense students from three colleges.The impact of clan,adhocracy,market and hierarchy culture upon job satisfaction was investigated by correlation analysis and regression analysis.And when that works,the national defense students’ job satisfaction should be improved through constructing organizational culture.At the end of the study,some countermeasures were suggested.
