| 摘 要： | 因特网的普及使网络侵权,特别是对名誉权、隐私权的侵犯成为可能且呈日益增多的趋势.在这种情况下,如何认定不当信息发布者以及ISP的责任从而实现IT中名誉权、隐私权的保护,就成为亟待解决的问题.
