现代知识女性面临事业和爱情的两难选择:一方面,由于对自身角色定位认识的改变、成就动机的增强以及婚恋观的变化,她们倾向于选择事业;另一方面,由于社会的性别角色定位、顾全两者时的角色冲突以及传统婚恋观的影响,她们又举棋不定.从社会学角度来仔细思考这一问题,唤起社会对她们的关注和了解,从而帮助她们摆脱困惑、走得更好.

A Dilemma of Modern Educated Women

Today,modern educated women are confronted with a dilemma to choose between their career and love.On the one hand,due to the changed realization of the fixed role position of themselves,the increase of their accomplishment motive and changing view of love and marriage,they prefer to choose career;but on the other hand,because of the social fixed position of sex role,the role conflict while considering career and love both and the effect of traditional love and marriage view,they still vacillate and hesitate to make a decision.Therefore,it is necessary for us to pay close attention to the issue in the direction of sociology in order that the society will show more concern and understanding to the educated women and help them to clear their way and walk further.
