社会性别视角下高校女性科研现状分析

基于南京师范大学科研系统数据统计发现,高校女性科研人员高层次科研产出远低于男性,女性高层次人才匮乏。笔者从性别意识、婚姻家庭影响、同行评议中性别歧视等3个方面入手探讨这一现状形成的原因,从将社会性别意识纳入决策主流、建立符合女性特点的绩效评价体系和激励机制、营造良好的氛围等3个方面探索提高女性科研产出及促进女性科研人员向高层次发展的途径。

An Analysis of Situation of Female Researchers in Universities from the Perspective of Social Gender

Based on the scientific data of Nanjing Normal University,it is found out that the output about the high-level scientific research of the female researchers is far less than that of the male ones.In addition,the high-level talented women are deficient.This paper attempts to investigate the reasons of the present situation from three aspects: the gender awareness,the influence of the marriage and the family and the discrimination in the peer review.What is more,this paper also explores the ways to improve the output of the women’s scientific research and facilitate the development of the female researchers.Therefore,three methods are proposed as follows: having the awareness of the gender when making decision,establishing the evaluation system and incentive mechanism that correspond with the women’s characteristics and building a favorable atmosphere.
