| 摘 要： | 高校教师全面提高自身的综合素质对于提高本科教学质量具有非常重要的作用和意义.为提高综合素质,高校教师应培养高尚的教师道德,主动更新教育观念,掌握渊博的专业知识,加强教学方法研究,具有强烈的科研意识,实践终身学习理念,以使本科教学质量和人才培养提高到新水平.

| Abstract: | The universities teachers comprehensively improve own comprehensive quality regarding to improve the undergraduate teaching quality to have the fundamental significance.Therefore,the universities teachers should raise the exalted teacher morals,renew the education idea on his own initiative,grasp the profound specialized knowledge,strengthen the teaching method research,have the intense scientific research consciousness,practice lifelong study idea,so that to raise the undergraduate teaching quality and the talented person to the new level. |
