政府信息公开立法问题探讨

指出政府信息公开目前已成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题,但多限于理论层面的宣传和介绍。阐明长期以来,我国政府信息公开由于缺乏法制的保障而显得有些乏力,强调了政府信息公开立法的必要性,并探讨了立法应确定的一些内容以及推进立法应注意的事项,以寻找到一条有效的途径来保障政府信息公开的顺利推行。

Inquiry into Legislation of Government Information Publicity

To make government information public is a hot issue that most people focus on, however, it is limited to the publicity and introduction of theory. This thesis has clarified that there is an insufficiency in government information publicity because of the lack of legal protection, emphasizes the necessity of the legislation, makes an inquiry into the content of the legislation and the problem so that we should pay attention to in the process of legislation, we could find an effective way that makes the government information publicity carried out successfully.
