提高导游服务质量的对策分析

摘    要:在给出导游服务质量标准的前提下,分析了导游服务的现状,指出导游服务质量存在导游素质偏低、薪酬不合理、社会尊重感差、培训不足、旅游法规不健全等问题,针对这些问题提出了提高导游素质、建立合理的薪酬制度等提高导游服务质量的对策。

Analysis on the Countermeasures for Improving the Quality of Guide Services

Abstract:On the basis of quality criteria of tour guides' service,the paper analyzes the current situation of tour-guide service and then points out the fact that there are still problems in tour guiding. For instance,tour guides need improvement in their overall quality; they get paid in an unreasonable way; they are not respected by the society and need further training; there are not perfect laws or regulations available. Finally,the paper puts forward measures to get tour guides' service enhanced in terms of overall improvement of tour guides' quality,establishment of sound payment system,etc.
