| Abstract: | Extricating the enterprises from unhealthy debts and saving the bank credit from damage has become an essential point in the process of economic information. In further reforming the economic system, it is necessity to adopt various methods of debt rearrangement system and reinforce the cultivation of the market system so that the banks and state enterprises can be led into a virtuous circle. |
