| 摘 要： | 受教育权是我国宪法规定的公民的基本权利之一.虽然有关这方面的立法已为数不少,但近年来日益增多的受教育权纠纷表明,受教育权的法学理论研究仍然滞后于实践的需要.本文对受教育权领域的几个热点问题进行了初步的探讨,旨在对受教育权的法学理论研究作些积极的探索.

| Abstract: | The right of receiving education is a fundamental right of Chinese citizen that stipulated by constitution. Although there is much relevant legislation, increasing disputes about the right of receiving education in recent years indicated that theoretical research of it could not keep up with the need of practice. In this article,the author discuss several hot issues of it in order to explore theoretical research on the right of receiving education actively. |
