| 摘 要： | 长三角正处于都市群发展的扩张阶段,泛长三角的形成不仅是核心区域生长的必然趋势,而且是带动全国发展的客观需要。城市群的发展实际上是交通格局演变和空间发展相互推进的过程。未来泛长三角将形成以上海为核心,沿黄金海岸和沿江黄金水道呈T字型展开的综合交通体系。上海的辐射功能将沿交通主轴以梯度推移的方式不断向外扩散,并且通过次级中心城市的辐射传递和接力作用影响到苏北、浙南、安徽及闽北的城市,最终形成以沿江的经济带与城市带为"一体",以上海南北沿海城市带为"南翼"和"北翼"的"一体两翼"新格局。新的城市群空间结构形成后,长三角南北两翼的受困局面得以改变,"世界第六大都市圈"的框架才得以基本形成,泛长三角的区域整合力、外在辐射力和国际竞争力将会大幅提升,成为带动我国经济发展的重要的主力区域。

| Abstract: | Changjiang delta is in its extending process of metropolis areas.The formation of Pan-changjiang delta is the trend of the development of core region;but it will also stimulate the whole country.The paper gives a detailed analysis of the new structure of Pan-changjiang delta and argues that by promoting the regional integration,radiation and international competency,it would be a main region leading the nation's economy prosperity. |
