| 摘 要： | 南京工业大学"三创载体"是产学研合作新模式的现实案例,剖析此模式运行当中的各个机制,并综合运用制度经济学和博弈论,可以发现合作过程中各种机制的运行问题.对"三创载体"各参与方的博弈分析表明:"三创载体"的动力机制是清晰的,模式的选择符合中国当前市场经济发展的实际情况,合作对象的选择机制能够有效地甄别出高素质高水平的人才.
