| 摘 要： | 文章在介绍BOT融资方式的基础上,分析了BOT作为大型基础设施建设融资的优点,根据我国目前的经济发展水平和政府的财政实力,认为BOT可以作为目前我国大型体育场馆建设有效的融资方式,为大型体育设施的兴建和维护找到了一条新路.

| Abstract: | Based on the BOT mode of financing,this paper analyse the adventages of BOT as a large-scale construction financing.According to the current Chinese economic development level and the government's financial strength that the BOT can be used to finance for Chinese large coliseum construction,therefore,a new path for the construction of large coliseum has been found. |
