| 摘 要： | 在侵犯知识产权案件的处理中，如何界定侵权人承担赔偿责任的范围及确定赔偿的数额，是一个在理论上颇有争议、在实践中非常繁难的问题．以全面赔偿原则代替现行的赔偿实际损失原则，有利于廓清在侵犯知识产权案件中一些被模糊了的法律关系。

| Abstract: | In theory and practice, it is often difficult to decide the responsibility scope of the infringer and the amount of compensation the infringer should make. In dealing with such cases, this article argues that the principles of full-scale compensation help make clearer the legal relations in such cases than the current actal loses principles. |
