Seeking the Truth——On Relations between Subject and Object in Documentary Film

The documentary film is a means of expressing how we feel in life with the truth,through which we can find the producer's ideas,meanwhile,the dignity and feeling of those screened also should be taken into consideration seriously.During the development of documentary film,the two points have influenced each other and become two factors of documentary film.The directors have always been exploring how to express the truth with maximum extent,while,with the changes of times and social context,the definition of "being true" also have been changing accordingly.Presently,directors should adhere to its own characteristics and respect the feeling and dignity of those screened,through which the truth of documentary film can be achieved as great as possible,but cannot be reached finally.
