论法学专业教育与素质教育的关系

法学素质教育是在大学素质教育兴起的背景下,为了克服过于狭隘的法学专业教育1]所带来的种种弊端,以适应新时期社会对高素质法律人才的需要,适应我国法治建设的要求而提出来的。笔者认为:高等院校的法学本科教育本质上属于素质教育。法学专业教育与素质教育不是对立的关系,二者具有内在的统一性。法学素质教育应当,也必须围绕法学专业教育而展开,而法学专业教育必须以素质教育作为指导。

On the Relationship between the Major Education and the Quality Education in the Study of Laws

The quality education in the Study of Laws is put forward on the basis that college students' quality education becomes prosperous and the shortcomings of the major education must be overcome so as to suit the need of cultivating talents of laws with high quality and the building of our nation' s laws and sytems.The author believes that the undergraduates' major education of laws belongs to the qulality education in its nature.These two things are not opposite but united.The quality education must go round the major education and the major education must be under the guidance of the quality education.
