| 摘 要： | 侗族对特定生计资源的规序化配置,主要就是通过社区的"栽岩立法"对"资源边界"的划定取得各方的认可。这是侗族社区社会运作的文化策略。其实质在于,运用文化的方式,将社区生计资源的丰沛与匮乏,在制衡格局中得到有序的配置,集中体现了侗族的生存智慧。

| Abstract: | According to traditional custom the allocation of special surviving resources that Dong ethnic group carry out is mainly through setting "Zai Yan Legislation" in communities.These law stones aims to reach agreements among Dong communities against the boundaries of resources.It’s a cultural method to keep Dongs’ society functioning.The essence of it is applying cultural control to allocate resources effectively among those parts where lands are either rich or barren,and reach a balanced distribution.It is a reflection of Dong ethnic group surviving wisdom. |
