| 摘 要： | Internet和计算机技术的快速发展 ,使高校图书馆的机遇和挑战并存 ,因而 ,网络时代的高校图书馆工作应实现全方位转变。在对图书馆的结构模式、管理模式、服务模式、运作模式等方面应实现全面转变的分析基础上 ,提出了要实现转变就必须大力引进先进技术 ,加速数字化建设和推进文献信息资源数字化进程 ,以及完善法律法规和规章制度 ,改革图书馆学教育 ,强化科研 ,提高图书馆工作人员的整体素质。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of Internet and computer technology brings college libraries both opportunities and challenges. In accordance, libraries in colleges and universities should undergo an all-around way of transformation, including their structures, managing modes, servicing patterns, and operating patterns. To realize such a transformation, libraries in colleges and universities should introduce advanced technology, accelerate the progress of digitalization, perfect pertinent laws, rules and regulations, strengthen scientific research and improve the overall qualities of working staffs. |
