增加河南农民收入对策研究

农民是从事农业生产的劳动者,增加农民收入重在增加农民的农业生产收入。要增加农民收入,必须大力发展农业,调整和优化农业结构,搞好农业产业化经营,必须加快城市化步伐和乡镇企业发展,吸引更多的农民离乡离土,扩大农产品市场需求和农业生产规模,减轻农民负担,要充分发挥政府的职能作用。

Countermeasures to increase the farmers' incomes in Henan Province

Farmers are workers engaged in agricultural production.To raise their revenue must increase the partial incomes of their agricultural production.Recently ,the farmers in Henan Province have a low-level,high-fluctuation and slow speed-increasing income,as is because of unreasonable agricultural structure,small-scaled production and market limitation of the farmers' narrow product line .Therefore,to raise their incomes should widely develope agriculture,improve and optimize adjustment and recognization of the agricultural structure,enhance their cultural quality,speed up steps of urbanization and development of township enterprises to attract more farmers to go out of their land ,enlarge the demands of the agricultural products and agricultural production scale,unburden the farmers and strengthen function of the government as well.
