可持续发展理论在中国的战略实施

对我国东部地区经济优势和西部地区经济欠发达根源的分析指出 :东西部优势互补、协调统一发展是实现我国可持续发展的必然选择 ;在社会 -经济 -自然大系统中 ,环境建设与经济发展同等重要 ,尤其是在我国环境脆弱的西部地区 ,恶化的环境已成为经济和社会发展的瓶颈 ,环境建设迫在眉睫 ,但经济发展也不可忽视 ,两者协调统一才能达到系统优化 ,实现可持续发展

Strategical Implementation of the Sustainable Development in China

Through analysis of economic predominance of the east part and reasons for economic lag in the west part, this paper showed that advantage derived from collaboration and harmonious development between the east and the west cannot but be a choice by means of the middle connection. It also pointed out that the importance of environment construction is just the same as economy development in society economy nature system, especially in the west part where degenerating environment has blocked economic and social development. Therefore environment resuming is urgent, and economic development should be paid more attention to as well. Only when harmonious growth between them is achieve, can sustainable development be realized.
