| 摘 要： | 新疆少数民族文化遗产保护所涉问题既具有西部大开发中文化遗产保护的共性,同时凸显少数民族文化遗产保护的特性。以法律的视角分析研究西部大开发中的新疆少数民族文化遗产保护,不仅有益于文化遗产保护理论的完善与文化遗产保护实践的推动,同时也是西部大开发纵深推进、西部少数民族地区全面发展的积极探索。
