| 摘 要： | 本文强调科学调整产业结构 ,活跃“板块”经济 ,提出了“工业板块”、“农业板块”、“区域板块”经济的建立和发展构想 ,分析了加强环境生态保护在可持续发展中的重要地位和作用 ,指出环保问题实质是发展问题 ,保护环境 ,保持生态平衡必须与发展产业相结合。

| Abstract: | To realize sustainable development, Guangdong has to readjust its industrial structure, invigorate the economy of industry, agriculture, regions. On the other hand, Guangdong has pay much attention on environment. In fact the issue of environment protection is a issue of development, thus the development of industries has to be combined with the environment protection and Eco-environment equilibrium. |
