| 摘 要： | 所有权保留是近现代许多国家法律所确认的一项新型制度。本文讨论了这一制度的法律构造，并论述了它与物权法结构原则的协调性，指出其功能为既有制度所不可替代，从而在理论上解决了该制度在我国民法上的可行性问题

On Feasibility of Establishment of Ownership retention System in Civil Law |

| Abstract: | Ownership retention is a new kind of system and has been recognized by the laws of many modern countries. Its legal structure is discussed,the coordination is displayed between the system and the principle of real law structure and its function is demonstrated,which could not be substituted by other systems.Therefore,the problem of feasibility is solved theoretically to establish the owership retention in the civil law. |
