| 摘 要： | 学科是从事高水平科学研究和产生创新成果的基地,是造就学术大师与拔尖人才脱颖而出的舞台,是承载人才培养、科学研究和社会服务使命的平台。学科建设是大学发展具有战略性、全局性、前瞻性的基础建设,是实现高质量的本科教育和高水平的研究生创新教育的基础,学科建设涉及到学科布局调整、重点学科建设、交叉学科发展、师资队伍建设、研究基地建设以及人才培养等方面。学科建设必须立足创新,突出优势,优化结构,发展应用,扶持新兴;学科建设应坚持“有所为,有所不为”的原则,准确定位,精心规划,科学管理。

| Abstract: | School courses are generally considered as the foundation of scientific research and new product;the cradle of capable personnel and topnotch academic masters, and a platform of talent development and social service.Course construction is also the strategic and foresighted groundwork of university development.The paper says that course construction deals with curriculum arrangement,key subject establishment,cross-course development,teachers' qualification and research base perfection.It points out that course construction should adhere to creation,make best of its advantages,optimize the structure,encourage application,and support new rising. |
