摘    要:论述了高校师资队伍建设应主动适应市场经济,优化教师资源配置,提出了建立"四种机制"即适应市场运行规律的岗位设置机制;科学和严密的考核机制;具有双向激励作用的分配机制和提高教师综合素质的培训机制。

Abstract:This article points out the construction of teaching personnel in colleges and universities should actively adapt to market economy. In order to improve teaching personnel disposition, application of four systems is illustrated, i.e., a post-assignment system that suits the market running disciplines, a scientific and rigorous assessment system, a mutually encouraging distribution system, and a training system that aims to enhance teachers' comprehensive quality.
