中学德育教师队伍现状调查研究报告

调查与测试显示中学德育教师整体素质较高,但师德有衰微趋向;德育教学任务能基本完成,但教育效果不佳;德育教师的政治地位和待遇与其他教师持平,与其他行业相比处于中等水平.改进中学德育工作,应深化高等师范院校的课程改革;加强中学德育教师的继续教育;强化措施,塑造德育教师的完美人格.

Investigation Report of the Status Quo of Teachers of Moral Education in Middle Schools

Investigation and test results show that teachers of moral education in middle school have comparatively high quality,there appears a tendency of decline in their own morality.The basic teaching tasks can be carried out,but with unsatisfactory effect.The status and treatment of these teachers are about the same as other teachers,but compared with people in other profession,theirs are just in the middle.To improve the work of moral education in middle schools,course reform should be conducted and continuing education for these teachers be strengthened.Effective measures should be taken to foster the perfect character of the teachers of moral education.
