| 摘 要： | 21世纪发展的历史机遇———信息化,作为农业大省和工业弱省,根据湖南省情抓住这个历史机遇,着重从信息化改造来促使农业产业化、工业化、市场化和现代化;从信息技术革命,深化企业改革改制,继续扩大对外开放,加强技术创新和体制创新出发,通过信息化来提升湖南工业化进程及其竞争力。

| Abstract: | Informationization has offered us a historical chance of development in 21st century.As a big provice of agriculture and a weak one of industry.Hunan should make use of information technology revolution so as to industralize its agriculture,put it to mardet and modernize it.Hunan should also deepen its enterprise reform,intensify its opening-up,technology innovation and system innovation in order to speed up its industrialization process and promote its competitiveness. |
