科学发展观视野下的高校困境与出路

高校在大发展的同时,存在着创新与常规的矛盾,学术与行政的矛盾,文化与特色的矛盾,投入与产出的矛盾。矛盾的缘由是人本的缺失,人本缺失导致高等教育工具主义的哲学倾向和定位的雷同与困难。高校发展必须以科学发展观作指导,把"以人为本"视为高校最重要的办学理念,把提高教育质量作为解决现阶段主要矛盾的首要途径,与此同时,尊重大学的个性特征,确保高校的科学发展、和谐发展。

The Predicament and Outlet of the University from the Viewpoint of the Scientific Outlook on Development

With the great development of the university,there are four contradictions between creation and routine,scholarship and administration,culture and peculiar,input and output.The cause is the deletion of the Humanistic value,which resulted in the similarity and the difficulty between the tendency and orientation of the philosophical instrumentalism.For the Scientific Development and the harmonious development,the university should be guided by the Scientific Outlook on Development and the concept of "Human-oriented".In the same time,we must improve the quality of education and respect the individual characters of the university with the social interaction relationship.
