| 摘 要： | "冷战"因素曾被视为欧洲走向一体化的重要条件,但冷战结束后欧洲一体化的强劲步伐表明,欧洲统一的动力有着更为深层的背景;透过繁纷复杂的现实表象,沉潜在历史海洋深层的地理、结构和文化要素,是塑造欧洲文明统一特性的持久性力量。

| Abstract: | Cold War" was once regarded as a main promoting ca us e of the Euro-integraiton,but the rapid development of the Euro-integration af ter the war has proved that some other more forceful factors helped the forming of the Euro-integration.Through the complicated superficial phenomenon, we can see that the sedimentary accretions of European geology, structure and culture l ie in the deeper ocean of history, which are the essential factors that promoted development of the Euro-unification. |
