清末实业教育述论

摘    要:实业教育是职业教育的前身,其发展与晚清教育改革进程相伴随,是中国教育近代化的一部分。实业教育制度在清末癸卵学制推行以后得以确立。晚清实业教育的办学主体包含政府、士绅和商人等多种力量。人为推动使实业教育的发展取得了一定成绩,并且培养了一批实业人才,在一定程度上满足了社会需要。师资力量不足是晚清实业教育发展的障碍之一,而经济力量不是主要推动力,这从根本上制约着实业教育的发展。

Abstract:Industrial education is the predecessor of vocational education;its development was followed by the process of educational reformation in late Qing Dynasty,which was a part of Chinese educational modernization.The system of industrial education was established after the practice of"gui-mao school system".The main body of industrial education's establishment consisted of government,gentry and merchant.The industrial education attained certain achievements,cultivated a lot of talents and to some extent met social demands.The lack of teaching resource was one barrier for industrial education's development,but the fundamental reason for its slowness is due to the economic factor being not the main promoter.
