论法学本科教育中的教学模式

摘    要:现代法学教育的目标是:既要注重系统化的理论素质的培养,又要注重实践性的应用能力的训练,还要兼顾职业道德水准的完善和提高.我国法学教育中所采用的讲座式教学方式虽然有利于人文教育、素质培养、知识传授,且符合大陆法体系的传统,但它的最大问题是很难培养学生的实践能力.因此,我们应当适时改变单纯依赖于传统的教学方式的教学模式,构筑理论型教学方式与实践型教学方式相结合的复合型教学模式.

Abstract:Modern law education aims to attach great importance to its majors' systematic and theoretical cultivation,gives priority to the training of their practical abilities,and helps to enhance their professional ethics.Although the teaching mode benefits their education of the humanities,quality education and impartment of knowledge and conforms to the traditional continental law system,the question lies in the cultivation of the law students' practical abilities.Therefore,we should reform the teaching mode that depends on traditional teaching methodology,and construct a composite teaching mode combining theory with practice.
