| 摘 要： | 产品导向环境政策是20世纪90年代兴起的环境保护新战略,它将环境政策的中心从传统的生产工艺转向产品,为当代环境保护提供了一种崭新而具有发展前途的政策方法。从发展的眼光看,产品导向在更广泛的范围内运用,从而形成整合环境、经济和社会各种因素为一体的“可持续的产品政策。”

| Abstract: | The product-oriented environmental policy is a new kind of environmental strategy emerging in 90~(th) 20 century,which transfers the focus of the environmental policy from the processes of production to products and provides a new promising method for the environmental protection of our time.This essay studies the POEP from several aspects,including the background,the characters of the paradigm and its influence for the development of the contemporary environmental policy and so on. |
