| 摘 要： | 在高职教育教学中，提高学生的学习兴趣是重要的教学手段之一。体育教学也不例外。因此，在教学中，要根据学生的心理和生理特点，运用灵活的教学方法，提高学生对体育的浓厚兴趣，从而达到他们增强体质、锻炼体魄的目的。
