| 摘 要： | 随着教育法的颁布实施,高校招生规模的不断扩大,毕业生进入就业市场后的择业竞争日趋激烈。培养和树立正确的择业意识,对于毕业生的成功择业具有重要的现实意义。就大学毕业生如何确定择业的定位意识,如何加强自荐意识以及诚信意识,怎样实现就业-择业-创业的发展思路进行了详细的论述。

| Abstract: | With the issue of Education Law,the scale of students enrolling in college is expanding more and more.The employment competition between those graduates is becoming intense.Fostering and establishing the correct awareness of occupation choosing seem significant.In this essay detailed discussions are given to three following aspects:how to establish the correct awareness of occupation choosing,how to improve the awareness of self-introduction and loyalty,how to realize the new ways of finding employment,choosing occupation and starting a new career. |
