| 摘 要： | 诊所式法律教育具有训练法律职业技能和培养法律职业伦理的两大价值.这种教学模式的目标为,在教师的帮助下,学生运用所学的法律知识,实际诊断法律问题开出处方,提高学生理论联系实际的能力和直接操作的能力.它的主要特点为:知识积累与思维训练并重,学生参与真实法律问题的解决过程,从经验中学习法律,从实践中掌握职业技能.

| Abstract: | Clinical legal education has two values,one is the training of legal professional skill,the other is the cultivating of legal professional morality.It is the teaching goal that students use legal knowledge to diagnose law problem and put forward solutions with teachers'help.The kind of teaching pattern can raise students'ability of integrating theory with practice and first-hand operating.Its special feature is that it can attach equal importance to the accumulating of knowledge and the training of thought.... |
